possibly the hardest thing for a midwesterner to do is to write about themselves. but, here i go. i didn't always like to create things. but i do now. um....more? oh, well, ok. i went to acting school and it opened up lots of places in my mind and heart. helped me look at life in new ways. i started painting. everyday. fulfilling my dream to have my apartment full of my paintings. i ran out of walls. do to lack of space and money, i began expressing myself in new ways. making children's books, little paintings, using found materials. i can honestly say, a day doesn't feel complete unless i created something. when i make something, even if it's a little sketch, i feel a deep satisfaction.
